Plans, implements and evaluates instruction in Culinary Arts curriculum designed to address a wide range of maturity and skill levels. Courses consist of Hospitality Fundamentals, Fundamentals of Food Production, Contemporary Cuisine, and Dining Room Service & Operations. Assists secondary high school students with work based learning opportunities as well as with post-secondary placement. The Culinary Arts program also manages and operates our school restaurant, Cup & Saucer, as well as participates in a limited number of events associated with our school. Encourages parental, business and community involvement.
