Auto Collision Instructor

Join a high performing Career Technical Education team at the South-Western Career Academy as an auto collision instructor!  Our current automotive collision instructor is retiring and we are looking for someone with a passion for training the next generation of auto collision repair specialists.

The Career Tech Programs offered at SWCA are designed to give students knowledge and skills in a variety of career fields, preparing students for entry-level employment, transition to post-secondary education, or advanced training.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry best practices, a passion for student success, and a commitment to preparing students for successful careers in the auto collision sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio CTE license or ability to obtain
• Proper endorsements and/or certifications required by content area
• Minimum of 5-years experience preferred in the field of Automotive Collision or related job experiences
• Industry certifications in I-CAR, or willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications
