- High School Diploma
- Holds or able to obtain a Paraprofessional License
- Skills/Training and experiences to match specific need in basic electrical, troubleshooting, HVAC or residential construction preferred
- Experience leading, guiding or training high school age students in a formal setting is preferred
- Experience in monitoring students in a supervised learning environment
- Competent computer/software skills and knowledge
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Demonstrates a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment
