Instructional Technology Coach

• The Instructional Technology Coach at Ohio Hi-Point is an expert educator first who partners with teachers to strengthen instructional practice and improve student learning outcomes across both academic and career-technical programs. This individual works alongside teachers to design engaging, rigorous, and relevant learning experiences. They help staff use research-based instructional strategies and then leverage technology, digital tools, and AI to deepen personalization, feedback, and real-world application.

• Teaching license in Education, Career and Technical Education, or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an academic or CTE setting, with demonstrated success in student achievement. Previous experience in instructional coaching, professional development, or teacher leadership preferred.

• Standard School Year, 186-day base contract +10 extended summer days
