The Instructional Technology Coach at Ohio Hi-Point is an expert educator first who partners with teachers to strengthen instructional practice and improve student learning outcomes across both academic and career-technical programs. This individual works alongside teachers to design engaging, rigorous, and relevant learning experiences. They help staff use research-based instructional strategies and then leverage technology, digital tools, and AI to deepen personalization, feedback, and real-world application.
Teaching license in Education, Career and Technical Education, or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an academic or CTE setting, with demonstrated success in student achievement. Previous experience in instructional coaching, professional development, or teacher leadership preferred.
Standard School Year, 186-day base contract +10 extended summer days
