- Work with special needs students to ensure education success/tutoring
- Assist instructors in the development and modification of curriculum and instructional strategies
- Develop and write Individual Evaluation Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Track progress and data collection to ensure student goals are being met
- Serve as a liaison to home school personnel and those people involved with providing services
- Tutoring
- Conduct meetings with all members of the student’s team
- Conduct meetings with Vantage IEP staff support team
